Necrotic nerve 

🔎 কীভাবে হয়?

সাধারণত নিচের কারণে pulp necrosis হয়ঃ

গভীর ডেন্টাল ক্যারিজ

ট্রমা (দাঁতে আঘাত)

দীর্ঘদিন untreated pulpitis

বারবার restorative procedure

🦷 কী ঘটে?

প্রথমে Reversible pulpitis → Irreversible pulpitis → Necrosis

Blood supply বন্ধ হয়ে pulp tissue মারা যায়

ব্যাকটেরিয়া root canal দিয়ে periapical area পর্যন্ত ছড়াতে পারে

⚠️ লক্ষণ

অনেক সময় ব্যথা থাকে না (tooth becomes non-vital)

কালো বা ধূসর রঙ হয়ে যেতে পারে

Percussion tenderness থাকতে পারে

Periapical abscess / swelling হতে পারে

Sinus tract দেখা যেতে পারে

🧪 Diagnosis

Pulp vitality test (cold test, EPT) → negative

Radiograph → periapical radiolucency থাকতে পারে

💊 চিকিৎসা

Root Canal Treatment (RCT) – tooth save করার জন্য

যদি tooth non-restorable হয় → Extraction
